Hoping for a nice evening on the patio!
Some folks have told me they come to the Song Circle or peek in the door to see if we are there, and never see us..... At either Hudson Opera House or Red Dot, we could be ANYWHERE, depending on the needs of our hosts or the preferences of the group.... SO COME ON IN and see where we are.... if it is not evident when you come in, the staff will be happy to point out where we are..... even if I am the only person there, I will stay until AT LEAST 8pm for Red Dot, and would love a private jam with a new person!
Actually, that JUST happened two weeks ago at Red Dot! I was sitting, waiting for a familiar face, when I was approached by a customer who commented, Is there music here tonight?
That started a week long collaboration with a fantastic bass player who was just here from DC for the week.... You just never know WHAT will happen!!!
So come on by, to listen, to sing, to play, to jam..... You may make some cool connections with some really cool folks!! Percussionists, bassists, soloists ESPECIALLY welcome. Harmonies are great too!! And you write songs??? FANTASTIC!! lets hear them..... you do covers?? yep, tell us the key and we will back you up.....
